Susan’s work is inspired by the individual cut and colour of gemstones. Each stone has a uniqueness and Susan quickly visualises how the inherent beauty of these stones can be realised. Sketches and metal work refine the pieces, sometimes with the addition of diamonds highlights.

Susan also has a love and wide knowledge of antiques jewellery which inspires many of her designs.
